CREDIT CARDS - ALLURE accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You must provide your exact billing address and telephone number that is on-file with your credit card bank. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

MONEY ORDER - ALLURE accepts money orders when mailed to our office. At check out, select money order as the payment option. The system will calcuate the total cost, which includes shipping. Send a Money Order of this amount to us at the following address:

CASH/CHECK/OTHER FORMS - ALLURE Beauty Supply does not accept cash or checks or any other form of payment.

• Order Cancellation: If you would like to cancel your order you must contact us immediately via email at customerservice@allurebeautysupply.com or via Telephone at 281-528-5777. Our preferred method of contact is EMAIL. No one may be in our office to answer your call at all times.
• Paypal Payments No Longer Accepted: We no longer accept Paypal payments.     

Shipment Policy

• ALLURE ships to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses.
• International Orders are accepted to limited countries.  All international billing addresses must be verifiable via the credit card systems "Address Verification System" (AVS). Unfortunately, many international Credit Card banks do not participate in this system, which inhibits verification. If we are unable to verify the address, we cannot ship the order. ALLURE reserves the right to limit the purchase amount to foreign countries.  ALLURE assumes no responsibility for orders to foreign countries after the order leaves the United States. ALL TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. 
• Delivery date is 2-4 days from shipment date. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service, our only shipment option.  On average, U.S. Priority Mail is $1 to $1.50 more than U.S. Parcel Post.  For approximately $1 more, you receive your package faster! 
• ALLURE will only ship to the billing address. Billing addresses are verified on ALL CREDIT CARD purchases.
• Please Note: Federal regulations prohibit the shipment of aerosol products by air. These items are shipped by UPS Ground only and only within the continental United States (48 connected states). If your order contains any of these items, it must be shipped via UPS Ground.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Allure Beauty Supply, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason whether or not your credit card has been charged. If you credit card has been charged and your order is canceled you will receive an immediate refund credit to your account. All orders placed over $500.00 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
