Before returning any item for any reason, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization. No returns of any type will be accepted without being preauthorized. A return authorization is required for each item returned. We reserve the right to refuse the package and refuse refunds to any package received without preauthorization.
The authorization is good for 10 days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the authorization. Please allow 5-7 days for refund processing. All returns must be sent via USPS, UPS or another carrier that provides tracking numbers. (In special cases, Customer Service may require a specific carrier. Please use the specific carrier when advised to do so.)

A store credit may be given for items at our discretion. No cash refunds will be given. Credits will only be given after product is received and inspected. If product is not in condition that customer states, partial refund or no refund may be given.
